The purpose of the Schloeßmann Foundation is the encouragement of international meetings of students and scientists at scientific events, and in particular, the promotion of the Max Planck Society's members at international scientific exchange. Moreover, the promotion of young scientists is one of the foundation's peer mission. Institutes of the Max Planck Society may check the eligibility of their planned event at the Harnack House by the Schloeßmann Foundation.
