Attractive event packages

In order to give every event the right framework, a completely individual concept is needed that includes the interaction of the location, the conference technology and the catering services. Ideally, everything should come from a single source!

If all players play together like in an orchestra and you can fully concentrate on the content of your event, the event will be remembered positively by your guests for a long time.      

In order to keep the price within reasonable limits, we also offer more affordable event packages instead of the relatively more expensive individual services. These can be supplemented or reduced by partial services as desired. Our event department will be happy to advise you on this and will send you an offer tailored to your event profile on request.

Conference packages

Meeting packages are suitable for classic meetings and conferences. They are calculated per person and include all standard services

• Rent of a meeting room (up to 100 square meters)
• Standard equipment such as projector, screen, flipchart, pin board, presenter's case and for larger rooms also a lectern, microphone and the audio package with sound system
• 2 coffee breaks with fruit, cookies or fresh cake/ Danish pastry, Darboven gourmet coffee, Ronnefeldt tea, table water and juices
• Lunch, usually buffet style, outside on the terrace when the weather is nice, including coffee, tea selection and cold drinks

Is only one meeting room not enough for you? At the Harnack House you can divide your event into up to 10 large and small rooms. Simply book any number of rooms in addition to your event package.

Catering flat rate without conference, for ceremonial occasions of all kinds

If you and your guests just want to have a good time, catering packages are just the thing. For a period of 4 hours, your guests will receive a sparkling wine reception, an exclusive dinner buffet personally prepared by our chef, draft beer, wine, soft drinks, coffee and Ronnefeldt tea specialties in our restaurant. Your room is equipped with white tablecloths, cloth napkins, cutlery, set glasses, one vase with flower per table, tea lights and ambient lighting. If you wish, you can use our sound system for background music. Weather permitting, our outdoor area with terrace and large garden is also available for this purpose.
